Consulting for leaders and organizations looking to enhance belonging and psychological safety within their teams.

THE PROBLEM

Most organizations invest heavily in people programs — workshops, trainings, retreats, and initiatives — without ever addressing the root cause of what's breaking down.

The conflict keeps recurring. The belonging initiatives don't stick. The psychological safety your leadership talks about never quite materializes, and your people can't tell you why.

The reason is simple: every person on your team arrived with a relational blueprint — a set of patterns for how they compete, navigate conflict, hold power, and belong. Those patterns were shaped long before they joined your organization. And without the right framework to surface and address them, no amount of training will change them.

That's where Minaa comes in.

Corporate Consulting With Minaa B.

I'm Minaa B., a licensed therapist, author, and creator of The Siblinghood Theory — a relational framework that examines how our earliest peer relationships shape the way we navigate belonging, conflict, and connection throughout our lives.

My consulting work helps organizations address three core pressure points that show up in every team, at every level:

Belonging: Why people don't feel it despite your efforts — and what's actually in the way. I help organizations identify the relational blueprints their employees bring into the building and create a shared language for what belonging actually requires.

Conflict: Why it keeps recurring despite training and intervention. Internal conflict isn't a communication problem — it's a relational pattern problem. I help teams understand the dynamics driving disconnection and develop the skills to navigate it differently.

Psychological Safety: Building the conditions for high performance. Psychological safety isn't a policy — it's a felt sense rooted in how people learned to navigate power and belonging with their earliest peers. I create the awareness that makes it possible.

How We Can Work Together

Keynotes

A 45–60-minute talk for conferences, leadership summits, and company all-hands. Designed to shift how your audience thinks about belonging, conflict, and connection — and send them back to their teams with a new lens.

Workshops

60–90-minute interactive sessions for teams, ERGs, and leadership cohorts. Participants map their own relational blueprints and explore how those patterns show up at work. Available virtually and in person.

Leadership Training

Multi-session programming for people managers and HR leaders focused on conflict navigation, power dynamics, emotional attunement, and building psychological safety at the team level.

Consulting & Advisory

Ongoing support for HR teams and leadership groups navigating belonging gaps, recurring conflict, or cultural transformation. I serve as an embedded thought partner — helping you design initiatives, interpret team dynamics through the lens of The Siblinghood Theory, and build the relational conditions your organization needs to thrive. Engagements are scoped based on your specific needs and goals.

Organizational Belonging Assessment

A structured diagnostic engagement where I review your team dynamics, conflict patterns, and belonging gaps — through surveys, interviews, or focus groups — and deliver a report with specific, actionable recommendations. Available as a standalone project or as the entry point to a longer advisory relationship.
