TURN A WORKSHOP INTO A Fireside Chat

We believe modeling healthy conversations is the starting point for inviting vulnerability and psychological safety into the workplace. Fireside chats are interview-style discussions between a facilitator from our team and a member of your organization to encourage organization-wide discussions on issues impacting your team members. Our workshop topics can be converted into a fireside chat and customized to meet your organization's needs.

Fireside chats are offered in the following format:

60 Mins: Includes an educational session and Q+A (unlimited capacity)

 common questions

  • Each workshop is accompanied by a reflective workbook that includes a summary, learning points, and practical strategies for on-the-go learning and application.

FIRESIDE CHATS DO NOT INCLUDE A REFLECTIVE WORKBOOK

  • All of our workshops are designed to be facilitated virtually and in-person. The main difference between online learning and in-person workshops is the duration of each session. Our in-person workshops are two hours, and our virtual sessions are 60-mins.

In-person workshops are two hours to cultivate a community space through engaging activities, group breakout sessions, longer Q+A sessions, and more.
