Your company's lunch break just got better! The Wellness Hub allows members of your organization to experience invigorating mind-body healing with hands-on wellness services and evidence-based coping practices. Think of this as your mini-retreat from the day-to-day right in the office or home (if your org is working remotely).

This service can be invested as an add-on to a workshop or a separate package. In addition, we offer virtual and in-person Wellness Hub Services to accommodate your team's needs.

Employee listening sessions

Have members in your workplace or organization been impacted by societal injustices, such as racial trauma, the SB8 Bill passing, etc.? For example, is your organization downsizing and experiencing company-wide layoffs? Or have people voiced their need for mental health support and a safe space within a public or professional setting to share their feelings, thoughts, and concerns related to a specific issue? If you’re searching for a productive and practical way to support your community, we’re here to help. 

Employee Listening Sessions are designed to be a safe space where an intimate group of people (10 max.) can freely express their emotional injuries and distress. In addition, our sessions will provide evidence-based knowledge and skills for coping and well-being management.

Breathwork Sessions

Stress and burnout can majorly impact the mind, body, and central nervous system. As a result, we may experience a decrease in productivity, which is replaced by an increase in irritability, fatigue, and other negative emotions. One of the most effective ways to mitigate this issue is by engaging in a simple yet profound practice known as Breathwork. 

Breathwork techniques help gain mental clarity, sharpened focus, elevated mood, stress relief, improved sleep, and more balance. These sessions can be a perfect mid-day relaxation technique to boost energy levels and combat stressors

  • The services offered in the Wellness Hub are ideal for anyone who could benefit from being involved in a supportive group environment, is interested in building their coping skills, and wants to find new practical techniques to manage stress/burnout, anxiety, overwhelm, and enhance their emotional wellness.

  • All sessions are live, and they are not available as pre-recorded videos/courses or replays.

  • Our Listening Sessions are 60 minutes, and our Breathwork sessions are offered in 30- 60-minute increments. All of our services are conducted during our business hours from Monday-Friday.

  • Minaa B. is only available to lead Employee Listening Sessions; however, other team members are equipped to lead them and may be assigned to you.
