Communicate Assertively: Learn effective communication techniques to express your boundaries assertively yet empathetically, fostering healthier connections and mutual respect.

Overcome Inner Resistance: Identify and overcome internal barriers such as fear, guilt, and self-doubt that may hinder you from setting and enforcing your boundaries confidently.

Prioritize Self-Care: Cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness and self-compassion, learning to prioritize your own well-being without sacrificing your needs for others.

Express Yourself Creatively: Explore various forms of creative expression, such as writing and journaling, to articulate your boundaries in ways that resonate authentically with you.

Participants will also receive a workbook to use during the session and to keep as a resource for continued education.
