What is it?
Creative Expressive Coaching is goal oriented work used to strengthen mental wellness, reset negative thinking patterns and enhance self-care, self-esteem and self-confidence. This work is achieved through creative practices centered on writing, journaling and hands on activities to heighten self-development and increase mind, body and soul alignment.
What You Get:
When you work with me we will work together over the course of 6 weeks. Within that time frame you will have a chance to share with me the goals you have for your well-being and you will receive a tailored plan that includes writing prompts, worksheets and assignments targeted toward your wellness goals. This looks like spending time engaging in dialogue discussing your current mental state, examining the beliefs + thought patterns that are crippling to your self-development, identifying creative blocks as well as blocks to you living in true authenticity, dissecting your relationship to the five dimensions of self-care and learning new ways to incorporate creative practices to your day-to-day rituals for self-esteem building and self-enhancement. This is what you’ll get:
Video or phone sessions
30 minute consultation prior to program start - during this time I will ask you guided questions to identify your wellness needs, help you get clarity on setting intentions, explore where you are now and where you want to be as well as prepare you for the next 6 weeks.
6 fifty-minute sessions over the course of 6 weeks - each week will vary depending on your needs which is why we will have on-going discussions regarding your mental wellness followed up by creating action plans which will include activities and worksheets aligned with your goals.

Personal growth requires a great deal of personal investment which is why I am offering you the opportunity to pay through a payment plan, rather than in full. When you work with me, you are working with someone who is licensed, holds two professional degrees and has spent 5+ years working with clients on elevating their mental wellness and helping them achieve higher self-esteem, a deeper mind, body and soul connection, greater sense of who they are and tools to learn how to nurture themselves from the inside out. I designed the program this way so that you can be mindful of your finances and make room to deposit your money into something that will pay off in the long-run and will never expire or go out of style.
6 week program:
Payment plan: Two payments of $425 billed every four weeks.

Once registered, you will receive an email with a welcome letter, intake packet and a coaching contract which is an agreement between you and me prior to beginning our work. All documents may be signed electronically.
