Peace + Good Vibes: February Playlist

I have a love for music, and with the power of music I am able to shift my mood from depressed to joy instantly. How is that so? Well studies show that music truly has healing powers. With the use of music therapy, one can improve social functioning and heal symptoms ranging from depression to dementia according to this study by Harvard Medical School.

Moving forward, every month I will be sharing a playlist with you all. For music played a huge part in aiding my depressive symptoms, enhancing my cognition and elevating my moods.
